Welcome to Vie Retreats. We offer the ultimate in indulgent, luxury retreats to rebalance, re-energise and relax. Our venue is the magical, rural sanctuary of Claux de Bouscou (www.clauxdebouscou.com), in South West France.

Vie is the antidote to the modern western life of stress, poor life/work balance, imbalanced nutrition and increasing sedentary lifestyle.

We focus on fitness, nutrition and wellness to empower our guests, handing back control of their health and well-being. The aim is to move you toward optimum wellness and to keep you there, long after the retreat has ended.

We offer 7 nights of complete, immersive escapism. There are no hidden costs. Once you arrive at Claux de Bouscou, everything is included.

The perfect stressbuster! To re-energise and inspire. A holistic approach to navigating day to day life.  A combination of boxing, yoga and meditation sessions designed to energise and invigorate you physically, whilst inspiring and balancing you mentally.

No experience needed – in boxing, meditation or yoga.  Sessions are delivered by our world class trainers who will work with you and support you throughout the whole retreat, ensuring you get the most out of your experience.

Workshop on breathing techniques.

Workshop on anxiety and stress – Challenges and solutions.

Workshop on food that nourishes the body and mind.

Daily yoga and guided mediation practices.

Free time to explore and relax.

Group HIIT, boxing, hiking and running sessions.

Rustic Reboot – Fitness, Strength Training, Goals, Workshops, Nutrition.

No resistance machines here, just tyres, logs, ropes and sweat!

Some basic fitness required.

Learn how to improve your strength and fitness, avoid injury and use nutrition to reach your goals.

Games day! A fun demonstration of all of the techniques learnt throughout the retreat. Lift logs, jump rocks, swing ropes and get muddy with your team mates.

Body Composition Analysis.

Workshop on injury avoidance.

Workshop on nutrition and understanding macro nutrients.

Workshop on technique – specific movement analysis.

Free time to explore and relax.

Group HIIT, boxing, hiking and running sessions.

Rustic strength training; tyre flipping, log lifting, rope work.

Nutrition and Lifestyle is at the very core of what we do at Vie Retreats. Food is fundamental to our health and so it must be fundamental to your experience with us. Our in house chef; Hannah is an elite sports nutritionist and has many years of experience in top restaurants around the world. Her food is inventive, healthy, balanced and most importantly, absolutely delicious. We believe that eating healthily doesn’t need to be something to bear, when done well, it can be something to be amazed by. If great tasting, healthy food is important to you then Vie is the place for you.
